Why do I have this weird feeling in my chest?

No I don't think I am having a heart attack! I am only 15. But I have severe panic attacks and I woke up like 2-3 hours ago (middle of the night) and I started having a panic attack, but then I got lots of air in my stomach (like I usually do) so then I had to sit up and burp. Like its not actual burps its just little spouts of air I do it all the time. But usually I get a weird feeling in my throat when this happens like something is stuck but this time instead I have a weird feeling in my chest, like it feels like something is stuck. The feeling is right above my in the center of my chest. It also feels like the air is coming from my chest. What is this? I have panic attacks because I have a fear of throwing up. I don't know why, but I always have. Is this feeling in my chest mean I am going to throw up? Would I have thrown up by now if I was sick? This is a stupid question but could like throw up be stuck in your chest? My stomach is fine just have a little bit of air in it but that happens with all my panic attacks. Sorry if this was a weird question. Thank you for answering!!!

Dead/Dying Fuel Pump?

I've been having some trouble lately with my 1988 Ford Mustang 2.3L (4cyl). It sat in storage for almost 15 years but was resurrected last summer. Since then however, the car has never started easily (i usually have to crank it 2 or 3 times while pumping the accelerator), it stalls sometimes, and when I drive it it will occasionally sputter while accelerating in any gear, and sometimes nothing happens at all. If I simply floor it, the sputtering usually goes away. I can hear a buzzing/electric spinning sound from the gas tank, so I'm suspicious that the fuel pump may be at fault, but I would like to be as sure as possible before buying a replacement. Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

How to replay videos while having a program run on fullscreen?

I cant seem to have my videos replayed if Im running another full screen program(like HL2*Game.) Ive used both WMP and MPC and set them on Replay Forever/Repeat# times but they're only played once and they stop. I hate having alt-tab just so i can replay the video manually. Does anyone know how i can fix this? I don't have a problem with audio files but just video files(WMV,MKV, etc.) I want to be able to replay videos while having another program run at FS, Im trying to avoid having to rip the audio off the video since the file is a MKV and that would mean i would have to convert it(degrade quality) then rip it off the avi/wmv file.

No Heat in 1993 Dodge Shadow?

Not sure what's going on with my usually reliable back-up car. My piece of crap Pontiac Montana is out of work right now, thanks to a probable blown head gasket. This leaves me with my, usually, trusty Shadow. Problem is no heat. We've bled the air out of the radiator, did a system flush, the thermostat is good, it has plenty of anti-freeze, the blower works great, which leaves me wondering why I have no heat. If you put your hand right over the vents you can feel a little warm air, but no matter how long you let the car warm up, it never warms up! The windows will defrost after about 20 minutes, but you can forget about being even a tiny bit warm. HELP!

I bought a home breathalyzer device, and I have a question or two concerning it's test results.?

My husband was an active alcoholic in his youth, but was clean for over 22 yrs. We have only been married just shy of 7 yrs. He had gone thru rehab successfully, and continued in AA for a while, but his ex never followed thru in Alanon. Shortly after we married, I discovered he was beginning to drink again, he thought he could handle it, but couldn't. He has been hiding cheap bottles of Vodka in various places, even had one hidden away from our house, enroute to his AA meetings that he had to start going back to. But I couldn't trust him, and was scared he'd wreck the car to or from, and I didn't care to be his chauffeur either. I eventually had to buy a breathalyzer because he did nothing but lie, and even when this breathalyzer show's that he has, he denies, denies , denies. But, is there a chance that some medication that he takes could be causing the detection? He doesn't seem drunk, and his speech isn't slurred, not like it was before......can somebody please tell me if there is that chance of medication, or I'm I being fed a line....again. This is the third time hes lied to me this week, and the second time its involved a girl. We have 2 college cles together and its really hard to think about seeing him nearly everyday. Does anyone have any advice of how to remind myself of this pain I feel now, later? Is there anything other than surgery I can do for bladder stones in a 14-year old Lhasa?

X-rays reveal the dog has stones and recently I've noticed some blood in his urine. I don't want to do surgery because of his age. He has additional health issues which I feel would make surgery risky. The cost would be over $1500. My cousin had a dog who had the same surgery. The stones reappeared after one year and the dog subsequently died. Is there anything I can do? By the way, he doesn't seem to be in pain, is eating well, and is eager to play. I feel guilty by not electing to have the surgery done, but I had another Lhasa who lived to be 17 after spending thousands of dollars to keep her going. I can't do this again.

How to stay encouraged after a split?

attend a great little church, who like any other has its ups and downs. Sadly though about a quarter of its members have now left to join another congregation after a church split. I feel so very sad about this. i'm not really sure what caused the division other than one of the ministers had some strong opinions about how things should be done. He just up and left and then started his own ministry. I wish him well but it is causing feelings of uncertainty and awkwardness and both congregations are all familiar with each other. It may seem silly but I imagine this is how a child feels when they learn that their parents have separated. I feel so down. I thought we were in this race together and now I feel somewhat abandoned and alone. Any ideas how to keep going?

My sister is driving me NUTS!?

Well...I've done it. I finally started my own Heavy Metal band. Only problem? I'm playing lead guitar, and I can't solo worth a goddamned, and I've been playing guitar for almost 4 years now. Ok so today I was just chillin in my car downtown while my mom was in a store and this guy that looked like the caveman from the gieco commercials ran by. He was barefoot and had trashy clothes. It was so funny, i laugh for like 10 minutes. The funniest part was was that he was running down the middle of the road on the yellow line and when people honked he be like... "Get the F outa my way" or "Shut the F up" It was sooo funny. What do you think was wrong with him? What would you have done if you saw this? Would you have called the police?

The taming of feral cat's tends to take a number of months depending on the cat and their experience with people. I personally would recommend finding someone in your area that has dealt with feral's before as they generally are very aggressive. They also can be quite dangerous to deal with. Also I do not recommend selling the cat as it could be a liability for the store. If there is a feral colony in the area you will want to get with the local shelters in the area to locate a care taker for the colony. They will do a capture, spade/neuter, and release of the cats. This will insure that the colony will not get any bigger and at the same time keep other feral colonies from moving in by keeping the original colony in place. The care taker will also see the the cat's needs for as long as the colony is there.

FAT, FAT32 NFTS help with MP3 player???

I recently got my first mp3 player and i'm having problems with the files, often once loaded from WMP to the mp3 the files disappear even though WMP has them listed as been on the mp3. Sometimes the text comes up as strange characters. I consulted the manual to format the mp3 and start again, the manual states to format the mp3 in FAT, however Windows2000 won't complete FAT format it will only format in FAT32. Update on Lance's severe back pain, Lafayette, LA?

I asked a question over the Thanksgiving holidays about my husband Lance's severe back pain. He took an MRI and he's got a bulging disk in between his C6 and C7 spine. It's so severe that it's making his arm go dead. It's slowly paralyzing his arm. He can still use it but it's really getting worse with every day. He spoke with the office of Dr. Stephen Goldware in Lafayette, LA but they can't see him for a consultation until Jan. 10, 2008. We don't know what else to do. Even pain management can't see him until Dec.13, 2007. If anyone has any kind of "pull" please do something or talk to someone and let me know. I can't bear to continue watching him wither away. We have been to 4 of the islands-by far we like Kauai-We have been many times It has spendid beaches(many of them empty) Good snorkleling, Great hiking(even short easy ones) and it truly feels like a tropical island-Waikiki, Maui, Big Island all have their pluses but they feel more like concrete jungles-Poipu on the south shore of Kauai is mostly sunny and has a large ortment of condo's and very nice hotels to choose-the north shore towards hanelei is really green and lush though a bit more wet. Plenty of good restaurants and some very good "local food" without the pricetag. Check out a book "the ultimate Kauai guide book" 5th edition and you will find all sorts of good info. We rent a condo in Kapaa which is centrally located between the north and south shore. The oceanfront condo is only 90$ a night We rent from a couple in Mill Valley Ca. Have a great trip!
