Big $$$$ Fundraising?

I need some fund raising ideas for our church. We will be attending a mission camp in July with nearly 20 people attending. Each person cost about $100-$150. Doing the math, its nearly $2500. We need a fund raising idea that could possibly raise between $500 and $1000 dollars. We already have scheduled some dinners, and a rent-a-youth program to help elderly with help around their house. Anymore ideas, it will be greatly appreciated!
