How likely is it that my hernia was repaired using that recalled mesh patch?

I had hernia repair surgery during a laproscopic gall bladder surgery- also had an ovarian cyst removed- all at once- It was 7/05. I have not heard that I have that recalled kubel mesh patch but I would like to know- surgeon has NOT returned my call. I have gained 20+ since surgery for unknown reason- no other major symptoms- thyroid panel was ok. Anyone know anything?
