Best place to smoke in a house?

its winter and i HATE smoking outside because its always too windy, snowy, rainy, or cold. so my parents are going out. is it bad to smoke in a laundry room cus' all of the pipes lead through the house? or like in a bathroom with those vents? or my room upstairs? how do i make the smell of smoke go away. or how about smoking in my garage
