How to access pennstate vpn using htc evo?

I'm currently at Penn State, I'm been trying to access Penn state wifi, Unfortunately, it require a vpn to access. The vpn need to be in cisco client in order to work. Is that anyway I can by p this, or and 3rd party application I can download.
