Does anyone know about HO insurance policies and if they typically cover collapsing pipes under a slab house?

Our pipes under our slab floor house are collasping and we have been told that our AAA Homeowners Insurance Policy probably does not cover the repairs. I have tried to descipher our policy coverages but I am confused. The house is only 20 years old. Any advice or knowledge would be appreciated.
