Whar are the chances of getting pregnat after having a tubal for the woman and a vasectomy for the guy?

I had a tubal 8 yrs ago and my partner had a vasectomy 11 yrs ago and I have not had my period in 3 months and im displaying a lot of the symptoms of early pregnacy?
