Does being 18 make you feel like an Adult? or is one?

I'm sorry to say this but i don't see 18 year olds as Adults so this country is dum for making them seem like one. A lot of older people see them as kids anyways so why the government make them feel so grown up, they can drink, smoke, get married (without parent permission), watch adult movies, i mean seriously they are teens who are just still growing up and maturing their noone big!!!!!!!
