It's possible, but doubtful that you would be able to get both Bowe and Andre Johnson with emergence of WRs in fantasy over the past few years and the performance of Bowe this year. It would be a decent competetive team, but I'd want a better option than Flacco at QB and health could be an issue with both Gates and Gore. You also don't know what the offensive situation will be in SF or who the QB will be. Ds and Ks are a gues from year to year.
