After vasectomy. How many weeks after did you have ur count tested?

They say 10-13 weeks come back to have sperm count tested but surely its to 0 already by then..? If you've had a dozen ejaculations how could there be any sperm left? Has anyone went back after a successful vasectomy and still have sperm count after a dozen ejaculations?
