If Alan Gustafson is such a "great" CC why did he only produce 4 wins for Kyle Busch?

Gustafson has been the only crew chief not named Chad at HMS to show he can win a race. Next year will show if he is worthy of the hype or if just rode coat tails of Kyle and Mark.
